Formerly known as The PGA of Southern California Golf Club, East Valley as it is now called is the special home sweet home to The Southern California PGA. Located at Beaumont California not far from Palm Springs off highway I-10, East Valley is easy to find and a joy to play.
East Valley is comprised of two championship golf courses. One is The Legends, the other is The Champions. Both are Lee Schmidt and Brian Curley designed gems.
East Valley aside from playability and outstanding conditioning is also a Certified Audubon Cooperative Sanctuary. Players will see birds and wildlife at East Valley that most likely they have only seen in books. A wonderful experience in addition to the spectacular golf. Take your camera.The Champions course has been rated #1 by the Zagat Golf Survey and in general is very different from The Legends course. Legends has many creeks and woodland terrain where as The Champions course is more open with undulating topography, and links style bunkering. Both courses offer excellent views and several sets of tees to make your day an enjoyable one.
Also located at East Valley is the award winning golf teacher Mr. Dale Abraham. Dale recently won the Southern California Inland Empire Chapter Teacher of The Year award. Dale has taught at the Leadbetter Academies but now operates Simplicity Golf Schools at East Valley. He is a PGA Class "A" teaching professional as well as a C.H.E.X Certified Golf Biomechanic. He uses state-of-the-art video and computer analysis to ensure you get the absolute best in golf instruction.
