Designed by golf legend, Arnold Palmer, the Legend is a par 72 course with wide fairways. It is one of the top courses. What makes it a top golf course? The Legend is well laid out with six lakes, mature palm trees, many doglegs and the challenge of bunkers at most turns. The undulating greens and excellent putting surfaces, challenge the golfer and ensures that all of your golf skills are put to the test.

The clubhouse has unique design features that our team had never seen before. A fire and water feature is stunning as it perfectly melts into the sloped walls and wood beam construction. Natural beauty abounds here as one looks out upon the various mountain ranges known as the McDowell, Red and Superstition mountains.
Large, stylishly furnished outdoor patios at both ends of the main clubhouse compliment this one of a kind structure. The designers broke the mold after this special piece of Southwestern architecture was completed. The Legend Golf Course plays at a distance of 6,986 yards from “the tips”. There are four sets of tees to accommodate all levels of play. Everyone including top players can enjoy a challenging game even when playing at a distance of 5000 yards (we now call the front tees “the other tips”).
The shorter distance is a great way for mixed level groups to enjoy the game on a beautiful course in the same foursome. We highly recommend it!
