  Doug Bell ,PGA is the General Manager and Director of Golf. Along with his extraordinary staff of dedicated people, Doug operates one of the premier golf operations in Michigan. Doug's group also has a hand in the Black Forest, Wilderness Valley, The Medalist and Ridgeview golf facilities in Michigan. Some of these we have not reviewed as yet but will inspect them in the near future in order to provide you with the best first hand information possible.

  Manistee National includes two fine golf courses, Canthooke designed by Gary Pulsipher and Cutter's Ridge designed by Jerry Matthews.  Removal of many trees and some redesign work means that these courses are even more striking than ever before. Along with the golf courses Manistee National offers 42 golf themed luxurious rooms (we had the Payne Stewart suite) conference room, outdoor pool and a great dining room.

  Not only was "Golf Hospitality Born Here" but it is practiced here.  A very special greeter awaits you. The golf value at Manistee National is exceptional.
