Wooden Sticks has won many awards including Canada’s Best New Golf Course. Greg Seemann the General Manager and Managing Partner took a few minutes out of his busy schedule to discuss Wooden Sticks with us and all it has to offer.
 
We had an inkling of what Wooden Sticks was all about before we arrived but had no idea of how complete the package that Greg and his fine staff have created at this fine facility really was.
 
Did you know that Wooden Sticks has fabulous deluxe cabins right on site? Each cabin features 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths with a very cozy gathering area and wet bar.
 
Many packages are available at Wooden Sticks ranging from their very popular "Nine, Dine and Recline" package to several Stay and Play packages that are second to none. Wooden Sticks was made for foursomes and couples Golf Getaways!   

We found the food exceptional, the service exceptional and the golf course well simply put, one of Canada’s finest layouts. What many of you most likely do not know is that Wooden Sticks has many holes that are replicas of famous golf holes from around the world.  Play the 12th and 13th holes at Augusta when you play Wooden Sticks 3 and 4. Play the 8th hole at Troon, the 6th hole of Hogan’s Alley at Carnoustie and the famous 17th and 18th of St. Andrews. Oh yes, we simply can’t leave out the famous Island Hole 17th of Sawgrass where many a bet and tournament has been won or lost.
